Church built in 1940 according to the project of architect Rebello de Andrade, and the work was accompanied by Mestre João Moura. The construction of the church was an initiative of the spa's administrative commission.
In Monchique.
With an excellent integration, enriched by a careful natural environment, it used the syenite of the region throughout its structure. From one nave, chapel to the head and sacristy to the right. Main façade with portal with a stonework frame preceded by a porch resting on pillars and two columns, an open door being opened at the top of the facade. It is worth noting the beauty of its tile panels, dating from the 18th century, which describe the life of Santa Teresa.
