Le palais Estói, est un pastiche rococo, unique à Faro, au Portugal.
Le palais était l’idée d’un noble local décédé peu après le début de la construction au milieu des années 1840.
Un autre personnage local, José Francisco da Silva, acquit le palais et le termina en 1909. Il fut fait vicomte d'Estói grâce à l'argent et aux efforts qu'il consacra à sa construction. Le travail a été dirigé par l'architecte Domingos da Silva Meira, dont l'intérêt pour la sculpture est évident. L'intérieur du palais, en pastel et stuc, a été restauré et est une auberge.
La paroisse d'Estói est située entre Faro et São Brás de Alportel, près de l'autoroute IP1 (Via do Infante de Sagres). Depuis l’église mère, située au centre du village convivial, le chemin piétonnier menant au palais ne prend que 5 minutes.
