The home has one bedroom, a living room, a live-in kitchen and a separate toilet. The bathroom is in the hall and is for your sole use. You can enjoy the beautiful garden and its garden furniture. There is a covered terrace with a barbecue. Childrens play equipment is available.

The nearby Anlauertal and Altmühltal Nature Reserve are most inviting for walks and cycling. You can enjoy fishing, tennis and horse riding in the surrounding area. There is a children's playground only a few meters away from the home. You can enjoy outings to Frankisches Seengebiet (Rothsee), Eichstatt, Weissenburg, Nuremburg (50km) and Munich (120 km).
