Just a few meters from the beach you will find this unique villa with spacious indoor pool. The villa was designed in a way that you can share the most special moments to share with your friends. family or (business) relations by keeping a good level of privacy . The spacious floor area is therefore basically divided into 3 independent apartments connected through a central hall and staircase. The apartment has a kitchen, an living/dining room, a bathroom, a separate WC and two bedrooms.
You will meet your travel mates in the beautiful garden. one of the many terraces. the pool. the Jacuzzi or just on white sandy beach next to the house. On the ground floor is an additional apartment where the housekeeper lives.In the bay there several buoys where you can normally moor a small boat. If not you store your little boat on a trailer in the storage by the house.
Right next to the house you will find a tasty seafood restaurant. Being here you probably do not want to make any day trips. But if you do there are plenty of options such as visiting one of the many picturesque harbor towns nearby. Even cities like Marseille. Aix en Provence and Cannes are within an easy driving reach. Because during the 4 seasons there is so much to do. this villa is available the whole year around. By the way the airport of Toulon-Hyeres enjoys excellent accessibility.
